The decision to present the award to ITRM was very welcome public recognition of the organisation’s corporate approach to recruiting and retaining its staff.

The event proved out to be a great success with several Internationally established companies included in the running for various categories, these included; BP, Dell, Proctor and Gamble – to name but a few. The quality and quantity of this year's response makes it one of the largest and most definitive snapshots of IT employment undertaken in the UK.

Managing Director, Dave White accepted the award:

"This is just the latest milestone in the extraordinary success story that is ITRM. Our focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction as opposed to black and white hard nosed profit is helping to define ITRM as a market leader. The impressive growth is attributed in the main by word of mouth recommendations and our growing excellent reputation within the industry, without our people none of this would be possible.

At ITRM our people are everything, we meticulously appraise them, nurture them, empower them and most importantly we listen to them and allow them to actively contribute to our evolution. I am very proud of ITRM and see this as just the beginning in our exciting future together"
