About the Client
VFS Global serves the interests of 27 diplomatic missions in 42 countries worldwide and processes in excess of 7 million visa applications (contracted) annually. In early 2007 VFS Global was awarded a £ 195 million contract (spread over 5 years) with UKBA to provide visa outsourcing services in 7 geographical regions, covering close to about 70% of UK BA visa applications globally. They currently have 5 centres in the UK, 2 in London, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Hayes. The Visa application centres are authorised by the High Commission of India and are rapidly expanding.

ITRM have worked with VFS Global Services from their initial landing into the UK. We were assigned to review their requirements from assessing the office’s they were looking to secure independently and advising on the best and most cost effective solutions for their business needs.
Working together with VFS as a “One Stop Shop” provisioning their entire IT Infrastructure (IT Kit, Networks and Internet connectivity) Cabling, Telephone VoIP Systems, Support & Maintenance. ITRM assisted in identifying & benchmarking salaries along with the placement of numerous staff (IT, Customer Service, Accountancy, HR & Security).
ITRM were secured to ensure all new Visa Application Centres (VACS) were assessed and working effectively within the timeframes set from India and the UK Country team. ITRM are on the end of the phone - one number – with all the answers they need!
