Solution
Having searched to recruit a Billing Manager for over 12 months ITRM were approached via a third party to assist with this almost impossible tasks. Candidates were identified quickly and a successful introduction was made, resulting in a complete overhaul and effective management of the Worldwide Group Billing process.
