Job Description:
We have an opportunity for a 2nd line support / IT Administrator. The role will include all aspects of a 2nd line support role - dealing and trouble shooting IT problems for the business, Desktop and Network Support and also includes: Hardware Set-up - Desktops, printers, laptops, network rack setu, Policy Implementation – Implementing IT policies on desktops and laptops, Connectivity – setting up networks / internet connectivity (Primary & Secondary) assigning IP to a network. Firewall Configuration. Software installation. Security Policy Implementation . UAT and General Administration. We are looking for a real team player for this role someone happy to work with the best interests of our clients and ensure that the team and IT function runs effectively.
