We are seeking to recruit a 3rd Line Support Technician to be based in our Central London office. Your hours of work will be 09:00 - 5:30 Monday - Friday with on call from home. Experience is required in the following VoIP (IP Centrex a big plus), Number portability process experience, Number ordering from interconnects, Broadband knowledge. It is essential that you are confident and have a polite telephone manner, be presentable and capable of customer facing. ITRM are acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy
