We usually finalise a shortlist for initial interview with a Consultant from the ITRM Recruitment or Technical Services Team, or both. There are many different ways to recruit; at ITRM we use three main tried and tested recruitment methods, namely:

• One-to-one interviews
• Panel Interviews
• Assessment Days

We work with you to determine the most effective way forward, to enable us to recruit the best person for the job. Many of our clients like to be involved with the initial selection stage and the assessment days/panel interviews. These can be organised at your premises, ITRM offices or alternative locations at your convenience.
