Support Services tend to be shorter-term contracts, typically managed remotely
with onsite attendance only when necessary. Or alternatively with permanent
onsite presence offering up to 24x7x365 available support.
ITRM offer several differing levels of support contracts. From the low-cost
‘prepare for nothing react to everything’ agreement, to the proactive
‘all singing all dancing’ contract with built in quarterly activities
such as preventative maintenance, contract performance reviews and quarterly
reporting etc, which is amongst the most comprehensive in the industry. As well
as eradicating repetitive problems, it provides a valuable knowledge base of
past issues and other clear measurement tools. All Support is co-ordinated by
our dedicated IT Service Desk and can be delivered at customer site or managed
remotely.
