Our recruiters are trained professionals able to pre-select those candidates that would work best within key technical roles and working environments. Once we have interviewed suitable candidates over the phone, we will complete a skills matrix with them. We are then able to select those that meet the criteria for a face-to-face interview with an ITRM consultant.
