Overview

Chase Evans provide all aspects of residential property services, sales, rentals, investments, valuation, disposal, and property management.  They cover all areas of Central London, including the City, Canary Wharf, the West End, East London, Docklands, North and South London.  Chase Evans have over thirty years’ experience, enabling them to consistently predict and out-perform the London property market and their clients’expectations from four centrally located offices in London, with further offices in Hong Kong and Singapore serving the Asian investment market.

ITRM partnered with Chase Evans in early 2016 as a result of a longstanding relationship with a member of their team with whom we had worked on multiple projects over a two- year period for another organisation.

ITRM were selected for this project based on our reputation in the industry to deliver a high standard of service on projects across various IT and Telecommunication platforms. Objectives

Chase Evans were opening a new sales office in London for circa 70 staff. The office required a new cabling infrastructure along with a cutting edge IP telephony solution to be designed, delivered and operational in a very tight time frame.

ITRM's Voice and Data team completed a project workshop and we were able to capture the client requirements clearly. It was apparent that Chase Evans required a telephony solution that would help drive behaviour within their team. Our deliverables included; increased productivity, improved customer service and enhanced collaboration.

 

Solutions

ITRM have extensive experience in delivering complex projects involving various delivery units, having a constant consideration for client experience. Having fully understood Chase Evans objectives and budget it was mutually agreed that the Avaya IP Office 500 V2 was the perfect fit.

ITRM’s project management and delivery team were assembled and a detailed project timeline was built to ensure that the system could be implemented without disruption. This included our Network Cabling team liaising with builders, fit out suppliers and project managers to ensure the cabling infrastructure at Chase Evans’ new office would be ready for the final fit.

Upon completion of the above, ITRM's project delivery team were onsite ahead of schedule to install, programme and commission the new telephone system. To ensure that there was no disruption to business, our team provided further technical leadership by delivering a thorough training session for the staff at Chase Evans.

Chase Evans now have a scalable solution, capable of expanding to 3,000 users, at a single site or up to 150 locations.

The installation of the Avaya IP office solution has transformed the way Chase Evans conduct business by creating a seamless engagement experience for their customers and employees. Regardless of their locations, devices, or applications, users can have telephony, messaging, conferencing, contact centre, video, and unified communications all in a single, flexible platform.
