Although we did not win the top prize, ITRM were one of the runners-up, which is a fantastic result considering we were competing against such large and well-established organisations. Finishing as a runner-up in such a big industry event only serves as a testament to the hard work and commitment of the team to make ITRM a great place to work and ultimately deliver excellence to our customers.
With further initiatives and changes to our business in the coming year, it is an exciting time for ITRM and we will aim to win the award next year.
