Why Technical Services and IT Recruitment together?
Unlike many other IT Services companies, ITRM was built around delivering Technical IT Services and IT Recruitment, it was always going to do this, one was not born from the other, or added because it became a viable opportunity or an after thought. ITRM was always going to do this in such a manner that one side would compliment the other and actually enhance the level of service the other side could deliver. Since our incorporation, this strategy is more evident each day.
There are two main reasons behind our success that makes us unique and allows us to offer a better service:
If the Technical Services Group (TSG) does not have the technical skills in-house, they use our Recruitment division to draw them in, instead of saying “no” to one off diverse projects. The Recruitment division will ensure that the project can be undertaken by finding the very best experts to help deliver that project, backed up by the knowledge and expertise that does reside within the company.
If the Recruitment division are involved in complex resourcing campaigns, they engage the Technical Services Group. Very rarely and despite the comprehensive recruitment process, the team may be unable to satisfy a hiring manager’s exact technical requirements. TSG then contact the hiring manager and clarify the technical skill-set and the required level of each skill, before undertaking tailored telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates, strictly from a technical perspective. A short-list is delivered to the hiring manager with the confidence that each individual is technically ‘perfect’, leaving the hiring manager to simply match the personality.
