Growing its business means growing its assets under management, through the provision of all aspects of commercial aircraft leasing, financing and management.
Falko joined forces with ITRM several years ago. It was engaged to address the ageing IT infrastructure that included on premise servers and legacy systems that were out of warranty.
Disaster recovery and business continuity was also part of the scope, given the sensitive nature of Falko’s business.
Working together to a detailed and well-thought out plan, it was agreed that moving to a hosted infrastructure was best to meet the client’s objectives. This would provide greater security than the previous on premise solution. A cloud-based solution was chosen that was cost-effective, efficient, secure and reliable.
The new business continuity deployed for Falko’s 52 users was capable of being scaled in line with the business’ strategic plans.
The outcome has enabled greater business productivity and provided Falko with the technical leadership it was seeking. This has enabled Falko to manage service provision, rather than manage the constant challenges inherent in ageing, inflexible in-house IT assets.
