This subscription is based on a 12 month agreement, paid on a monthly basis.
The number of licenses in agreement will become your Minimum Commitment and will form the basis of the agreement.
Any additional licenses added to this agreement will increase your Minimum Commitment level for the remaining term under this agreement. This cannot be reduced at a later date.
Additional licenses will co-terminate with this agreement.
Any additional licenses required will need to be approved by an authorised contact within the Client’s organisation, however, ITRM reserve the right to add licenses and notify the client as required to process the service requests of the Client.
This Agreement cannot be terminated mid-term. The Client will be liable for the cost of all licenses for the full term of this Agreement.
Microsoft will only process cancellations placed within 72 hours of provisioning by ITRM. Should the Client wish to cancel or amend an order, a cancellation request must be submitted in writing to Cancellations@itrm.co.uk within 24 hours of license provisioning to allow this to be processed within this period. A member of ITRM will acknowledge receipt, but if for any reason this is not received, it is the Clients responsibility to ensure the cancellation request has been properly submitted.
All subscriptions under the Agreement will automatically renew, at the same license count in place at the time of renewal unless the Client provides 90 days notice to cancel or schedule a license count change 30 days before the renewal date. All such notices must be submitted in writing to the Client’s Dedicated Account Manager.
