At ITRM, we specialise in delivering IT services and support tailored to meet the needs of businesses across all sectors. Our goal is to ensure your business operates seamlessly, by allowing us to manage your IT.
With offices in Sidcup, Kent and Bristol, we serve businesses in London, Kent, the southeast and surrounding Home Counties in addition to those in Bristol, Southwest and South Wales.
ITRM was founded in February 1999 by Dave White. Dave previously worked for a large multinational technology company, and it was through their poor treatment of customers for capital gain, that Dave had a vision to provide an IT service that prioritised the customer and their needs.
Acquiring a business is not something that would have been considered for ITRM and to-date the ITRM business has grown organically. However, in 2022 ITRM was approached by DL IT solutions a Bristol based MSP, requesting help and asking if there was any interest in acquiring their business.
After a great deal of work and collaboration, ITRM is delighted to announce that this was completed earlier in 2024. This opportunity is great as both organisation's values align and DL IT Solution's dedication and focus to the customer is a mirror image of ITRM's. We are excited about the prospect of working together and building a bigger, brighter future for all parties involved.
Today, our united team operates with the same end goal in mind, putting the customer and their business needs first and foremost. From starting the business with zero staff, customers or investment, Dave has successfully grown ITRM to over 60 staff and circa 360 clients over 25 years later.
