Sue is an experienced HR Manager with ITRM Ltd and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, enhancing the employee experience and supporting the local community.
Prior to joining ITRM, Sue enjoyed a very successful 27-year career in banking where she held senior roles in branch and area management, project management, training course design and delivery and customer service. During this time, Sue won numerous accolades for ‘top performing Area Manager’ throughout the UK branch network, and ‘top Branch Manager – Sales’ within the London region.
Sue was a keen netball player and she led her local netball club to National League success and proudly captained the England netball team at junior level. Today Sue is more at home with a racket in her hand and plays tennis most weekends.
Sue has written the Bexley Business Excellence award entries for ITRM Ltd since joining and the company were awarded the prestigious title of ‘Business of the Year’ in 2016 and 2018. More recently, Sue has also managed ITRM's assessment with Investors in People, which resulted in the Silver Standard Accreditation being awarded - something we are incredibly proud of!
