Each year the Bexley Moorings Project supports over 200 young people within the Borough of Bexley through one to one work and group activities. The young people supported are vulnerable and are referred from a variety of sources including social services and schools. The main funding, provided by the Council, covers some of the costs of activities but each year separate fund raising events are organised to provide something extra.

Every year ITRM takes part in the Bexley Moorings golf day and on the 25th October 2013 several members of the ITRM set off to play and to help raise fund for the charities projects.

As like last year, the weather set to challenge the players but the team completed a round of golf and the day finished with an auction made up of donated items.

ITRM made a donation of £300, helping Bexley Moorings raise a total of £1710. Despite fewer teams entering, total funds raised were up by £110!

As an organisation we continue to seek ways of contributing and involving ourselves in raising funds for good causes and look forward to working with Bexley Moorings in the future to help support their efforts.
