About the award:
The award evaluates and rates the best business practices of hundreds of organisations across the UK. To create a ranking system, TechnoPlanet utilises a combination of AI and manual intervention alongside a 200-question survey that each company must complete. From the responses, the AI will sort through thousands of applications, and as a result of this, formulate a list of top organisations based on answers to questions.
Not only is this an award, but it is also a 'best practice assessment', which by applying for this award, allows you to discover your company's strengths and imperfections. By undertaking this assessment ITRM has discovered and identified our organisational strengths but also our weaknesses - allowing for continued improvement and innovations to ensure our end-users consistently receive service delivery excellence.
