We are delighted to announce that ITRM have been selected to Champion the 2017 Bexley Skills Charter.
On the 18th January, some of the ITRM team, including our Managing Director, Dave White, attended the Bexley Business Excellence Awards Launch Event which also saw the official launch of the Bexley Skills Charter. Over 120 businesses attended the event and pledged their commitment to work closely together to develop solutions to skills shortages and job creation at a local level.
In 2016 ITRM were awarded the title ‘Bexley Business of the Year’ and 'Best Business for Employee Training & Development', having demonstrated our commitment to developing a skilled workforce and providing a culture of continuous learning and development.
ITRM provide work experience and work-based learning and have, over the past few years, seen the real benefits to be gained from apprenticeships. By regular collaboration with the Tech Partnership, an IT sector skills council, we help define the skills needs and skills standards for the digital economy.
ITRM do not solely focus on profit but we look for purpose in all of our dealings and ask not what our community can do for us but what we can do for our community. This is demonstrated consistently with our Corporate Social Responsibility programme of activities.
