ITRM is delighted to be included in this year’s MSP 501, a ranking of the world’s top managed service providers, compiled by Channel Futures.
It was especially rewarding to achieve it this time around, as the competition was the toughest it had ever been in the listing’s 12-year history. The organisers saw a 35 percent year on year growth rate in applications since the previous year.
MSPs are invited to submit details about their organisations and each is judged against strict criteria, across categories that include, strategic business decision-making, dedication to customer support and intuitive knowledge of the managed services market. Higher than average scores in these categories are key to companies being included in the ranking.

The 2019 MSP 501 list is based on data collected by Channel Futures and its sister site, Channel Partners. Data was collected online from March 1 through May 31, 2019. The MSP 501 list recognizes top managed service providers based on metrics including recurring revenue, growth and other factors.
